Mireille “Mimi” was an excellent choice. She was super sweet with our loved one who can be quite difficult. We explained to Mimi that our loved one may be shy. She came over in advance to meet us all. She asked before she came if there was something special that our person liked and she brought a gift to try to warm her up. Mimi was very personable and professional. She made us feel comfortable right away and we never worried about her dependability once she committed. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mimi.
