About Allison

Hello! I have recently had a change of careers from working in a large non for profit agency where I oversaw and supported over 200 residents and 400+ staff. I have a passion for human services and working with people. My grandmother is 95 years old and I have been supporting her with her daily living tasks, medications, meal prep, companionship and trying my best to offer her the highest quality of life she is willing to accept. I also manage all of our other staff who assist her in her home 24/7. I have 16 years of experience working with the non profit agency and supporting the aging population, in addition to people with disabilities. I can help with any and all daily tasks needed.
