As an RBT, I know how to build rapport and engage with children. I spent most of my day adhering to the needs and wants of my clients who have autism. I mainly work with toddlers but have also excel at working with 7-14-year-olds. I pride myself on being a fun yet responsible adult for kids who promotes good behavior. My younger brother also has autism and I am the only person my parents trust to watch/care for him when they are unable to. I also have experience with traditional babysitting.
