Aline has provided back up care for my child since he was 10 months old. She is extremely reliable and very communicative. When my son was sick she would keep me apprised of his temperature, what he ate, and how much he slept. She is always ready to play with him and keep him engaged through games, take him outside to go for walks or out to the park. He is always excited when she comes. She's also really good at getting him to eat when he's gone through picky stages. During nap times or after he falls asleep she's always assisted with laundry or dishes. She's very good at seeing what needs doing and jumping in. We love Aline and she's always the first person we contact when we need care.
