About Alexsandra

Hi, my name is Alexsandra, but please call me Alli! I have a degree in Communications and am currently work full time in higher education as professional staff. I have been a nanny or babysitter off and on since I was 15 with a pause the last few years due to covid. I have cared for all ages from infants through age 13 and am infant/child/adult CPR and first aid certified. I am also COVID-19 vaccinated and bivalent boosted, and I am happy to be masked (whatever your preference for your home and child[ren]). I do have a dog, so please let me know if allergies are a concern. I moved to the Philly area to be closer to my sister and her children in 2019. I love children and encouraging them to learn something new, get into a good book, or an adventure outside are all parts of why I am back on care. com.
