I enjoy working with children and I always strive to be a positive role model. I have a 6-year-old niece and a 1-year-old nephew that I take care of regularly. I moved to Columbia last year after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During my time at Wisconsin, I was a member of the Women's Volleyball and Track & Field teams. I pride myself on being responsible, dependable, and honest. I love cooking, cleaning, sports, pets and organizing. I'm comfortable preparing meals, driving, running errands, laundry, etc.

We have known Alexis for three years and she will become part of the family in July of 2015. We have watched Alexis perform as a high level student and scholarship athlete at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has always demonstrated the ability to set high personal and team goals and then follows through with a dedicated work ethic to achieve those goals. She is extremely reliable and shows responsibility while working with others. We are impressed with her decision making ability and her common sense approach when solving daily challenges. She blends all of these personal traits with a wonderful sense of humor. She will be a wonderful addition to any family as we feel blessed as she will to be joining ours.
