About Alex

Hello! I'm originally from the East Coast. I grew up with a sports background and was involved with after school camps at an early age. I began volunteering in middle school and was paid to coach in Highschool. I went off to play college football and graduated with a physical education/exercise science degree. I got my foot in the door with internships and substitute teaching at all levels. I have experience as an ESE 1 on 1 special aide and senior care with the Highschool level With a staff under me, we looked over 100 students from ages 4 to 13. I coached football, basketball, and baseball at multiple levels. I'm CPR First Aid certified. I am now a personal trainer/nutrition coach and marketing consultant.
