About Alexandra

I am brand new to St. Augustine. I just moved here from NY. Away from the cold weather, into the sunshine state! I have 15-plus years of experience working with pre-k & special needs kids. I have worked with developmentally delayed individuals (adults), either high functioning or a low functional level. I am also fluent in American sign language. I used to be a job coach for people with disabilities. I have an early hardware startup for developing assertive technology for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing & solving major communication problems. When I am not working, I am serving in the community as a pet caretaker, and I hope I can be a childcare provider as well.

Alexandra was absolutely fabulous with our 12 month old. She can be hard to get to sleep, but Alexandra did wonderful! She asked all of the right questions and I felt very safe with our girl in her hands!
