I am currently working as a Special Education Teacher at a public school district in Houston. I currently teach elementary school aged children with special needs ranging from autism to down syndrome and other non-categorical types. I also have experience with high school aged students with special needs. I am Texas Certified in Special Education K-12 and Generalist EC-6. I have a Masters degree in Special Education with a concentration in Autism and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education All Levels. I am currently off for the summer season and have some extra time on my hands, plus I would also like to gain more experience and help any families that might not be able to get any help during the summer due to their child's special needs.
