Hi, my name is Amanda. I am a Special Education Transition Teacher with extensive experience supporting individuals with disabilities and a wide range of needs. My experience includes communication, behavior support, social skills, independent living, community access, vocational skills, and activities of daily living. I believe in meeting each individual where they are while encouraging independence, confidence, and meaningful participation. I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant and experienced caregiver, giving me the skills to provide hands-on personal care when needed, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, meal preparation, and medication reminders. My combined background in Special Education and healthcare allows me to support both developmental and physical needs.
