About Alana

Hello! My name is Alana and I am a part time tutor. I have 4 years of experience one on one coaching students from first grade to high school in various subjects. I specialize in writing and research help, and I've helped students working with creative writing assignments, argumentative/persuasive papers, research papers, and college applications. I am currently working teaching middle school math, and am able to teach curriculum for the state and regent exams. I have experience teaching SAT Math content as well. I've also worked as a code tutor, and am able to help students learn the basics of programming, HTML, CSS, and Python.
