I am a young-adult, but still very much a child at heart! In my profession as a caregiver, I've discovered that play is very important to me, especially in the great outdoors. Exploring, playing in the dirt, and encouraging children to use their imaginations is something I believe is vital to their health and development. I enjoy introducing new skills to the children I care for, exploring with them, and building intentional, long-lasting relationships with each of them! Every child I have cared for is so different and wonderful, so I love helping them discover what they enjoy doing. It's exciting to see them grow until their own person; unique and special.

Ainsley is the most involved and caring Nanny we have ever had. She shows continually that she wants the best for our daughter and is invested in helping us raise her.
