Madi watched over our 3 month old son while my husband was away for work and I worked from home for a little over a month. She cared for him like a member of her own family and I could tell he was in loving hands with Madi. She was great with getting in good tummy time and developmental activities, and putting him down for his naps on schedule. Madi also helped with little tasks I could never find the time to get to, like going through his clothes to help purge things that were too small. She also made great suggestions for things my son might like, tips on how to make some things easier (like holding his car seat a certain way to relieve wrist pain), etc. from her long experience caring for little children. Our son was always happy to see Madi and spend time with her and I would highly recommend her to another family looking for care for their little one(s), especially those looking for a long-term nanny to become part of the family.
