About the job

Looking for 5 days a week - can be a mix of weekend and weekday. Weekdays would be afternoons. Weekends could be mid-day or afternoon. Would like 3-ish hours a day so I could get some work done and get out of the house at times. The person needs to be patient, loving, and open to working closely with a team of ASD providers including a behavioral therapist to learn how to interact with my child. We are an outdoorsy, crafty family. Big believers in children exploring and learning from their environment. We are lgbtq+ affirming, environmentally mindful and supportive of marginalized communities. We would like whoever works for us to be kind and empathetic to our child but also to the world at large. This position is less babysitting, although you'd certainly be alone with my child at times, and more nanny/part of the family.
