About the job

We need a care provider for our 9 year daughter. She is autistic, non-verbal (but can communicate on her iPad for many of her needs), and is not potty trained. She is the sweetest girl who loves hugs, outside time, music, mirrors, and hanging out. We are looking to have someone that will put her care and safety first. She is easy to care for in our home environment and her 13-year-old brother will be home (sometimes) too. He is extremely helpful but is independent enough to care for himself. Someone with experience caring for special needs children in the past and can confidently assist our daughter with her needs is preferred. We are losing a long-time sitter because she graduated from college and is starting a career, so we would love to build a relationship with someone that would be regularly available to help out.
