Job Duties Include: Ensure Person Centered Programs are followed as written. Responsible for providing documentation related to care and activities of the individuals served. Protect the rights of each resident served. Responsible for assisting individuals with daily activities which may include transportation, outings, cleaning, cooking, medication, and personal hygiene. Complete household tasks. Assist with meals that meet specific dietary needs.
