Caregiver/Companion/Mentor For Teen In Long Island: P/T Flexible Days/Hours Our family looking for a part-time caregiver/companion/mentor for our 19-year-old son who is very friendly and is high functioning (Autism). Looking for someone energetic who is responsible and dependable; easy going, patient and flexible. Should enjoy and have ability to do the following - Play sports: basketball, frisbee, ping pong, baseball Share knowledge and interest in sports, movies and music (multiple genres is a plus) Ability to provide transportation to work, attend live band shows/venues Show interest in engaging conversations Go thrift shopping Preferred shifts: Monday/Wednesday: 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday: after 4 p.m. Sunday: after 12 p.m. Caregiver could also sub when other staff is unavailable.
