About the job

This is a long term job that pays through an agency. Taxes are taken out and must be willing to work via an agency. The overall pay is generally about $28 AFTER taxes are taken out/take home pay. Be local to Brooklyn (not willing to hire someone from NJ as the commute is too long). We are seeking someone who wants to work every other (alternating) weekend with a amazing, autistic teen. The role will be in the home with a domestic piece and a caregiving piece. Our son is warm, sweet and almost non-verbal but can communicate his needs. He is a very happy teen who likes to relax on the weekends! Someone who actually enjoys supporting a special needs family and gets satisfaction with light cleaning and straightening up will be an ideal fit. We look for a one year commitment. Sat (3-9) every other weekend.
