Looking for ongoing Respite care for 2. 5 hours, 2 times a week. For example, someone who is available Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30-8 p.m. and can come every week. Hours and days are somewhat flexible. I qualify for Respite care through a special needs caregiver program for my daughter with special needs. The right applicant must be willing to submit a timesheet showing that she worked, so I can receive the money from the program to pay you through this service. I would pay you cash, but you would have to still submit a timesheet. The other requirement is they ask for all applicants to be fingerprinted. My daughter is 7 with special needs. You must be strong enough and comfortable picking her up and moving her around the house as needed. She isn't too difficult, but she is handicapped and non-verbal.
