About the job

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and upbeat individual interested in working as a part-time caregiver to assist and support our adult son with developmental and learning challenges. Our son is kind, sensitive, and enjoys routine, simple activities, and meaningful interactions. Job is located in a private residence and one or both of our son's parents would be home at all times. Includes: -Supporting daily routines -Basic meal/snack preparation -Light housework tasks -Leading engaging activities such as simple games & reading picture books. -Offering companionship during quiet times, watching movies/tv together, etc. -Prior experience caring for adults with disabilities preferred, but not mandatory. Very willing to train the right individual! -Must have CPR/First Aid training (or willing to be trained prior to start date)
