About the job
We are looking for an outgoing PCA for our 27-year-old autistic son. He is kind, verbal, mobile and loves being out in the community. He likes action movies, video games, bowling, bike riding, coffee shops, cleaning up the city and lots of other things. He needs help planning his days, making easy meals, practicing his money and time skills and, of course, to drive him around! He has a job Tues, Thursday and Sat at 3P but otherwise, his time is flexible. He moved into his first supported living apartment and is doing great but is looking to expand his friendships and skills. We cover all expenses for activities and outings. We pay through the state so you'd need to fill out their application and pass a background check, but we can do that quickly. The hours can be flexible and about 17 hours a week at $20/hr.
