Worcester, MA Flexible schedule (4-8 hours per week) Seeking a compassionate, patient and reliable individual to support a 23yr old Autistic adult in developing & strengthening everyday living skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with neurodiverse individuals. Support and guide in practicing independent living skills (e. g. meal planning, cooking, shopping, laundry, cleaning, other daily routines) Help create and follow visual schedules or step by step checklists Encourage and model appropriate social communication and emotional regulation Assist with community based tasks (e. g. grocery shopping, library, museum, zoo visits) Maintain a consistent, supportive and strengths based approach Background in ABA, special ed, occupational therapy, or life skills coaching a plus
