About the job
We are looking for a caregiver for our 22-year-old special needs son. Time would be 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday-Wednesday-Friday (days may change due to availability at Day Program). This position would require you to drive to and from the program as well as stay with him and help him participate in the program's daily activities. You would need to complete volunteer waiver form and complete training prior to his start date. Our son is very easy going but does require help with personal hygiene, minimal assistance in feeding, and requires some support in mobility. He is non-verbal. He does have a seizure disorder that requires someone to be attentive for falls.
