About the job

We have a busy house and a few of my kiddos have higher needs. Specifically Adhd, developmental delays and epilepsy. Looking for an individual or two to help with after school until bedtime, school breaks and weekends. Would like to break up hours between two people. Kids are 5, 7, 7, 7 and 9. Usually split kiddos up so that each child gets the attention they need. High structure, positive reinforcement and lots of outdoor play are the key to my kiddos having fun and good behavior. This is paid through DCFS and will be an independent contractor position. You will need to pass a background check and will get paid monthly. It would be an ideal position for someone as a second job. DCFS pays between $17-$25hr and I have no say in what rate is determined. Experience and education play in to rate.
