We are a loving family seeking a full-time caregiver/nanny to provide dedicated support to our bright and joyful 4-year-old daughter with special needs, as well as occasional care for her two older siblings (ages 6 and 8) after school. Position Overview: This role centers around caring for our 4-year-old, who is developmentally delayed. She has limited verbal communication, can crawl and eat independently, but is not yet toilet trained. We are looking for someone patient, physically able, and committed to supporting her development with warmth, consistency, and kindness. Key Responsibilities: Full-time care for our 4-year-old daughter Serving as her 1:1 aide at preschool four mornings per week Assisting with daily in-home therapies Helping with basic hygiene and dressing (must be able to lift 35 pound child)
