DSP - In Home & Community Support Staff - Enhanced Pay - Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and mentorship to a 27-year-old autistic male who has his own apartment. Your role is essential in helping him increase his independence and engagement in community activities. You will assist in community activities, apartment chores, and activities of daily living (ADL's). Available Shifts: Thurs 9 a.m. to 9 PM, Fri 1 p.m. to 9 PM, Sun 9 a.m. to 9 PM, starting salary from $25 to $28/hr, based on your experience. Mileage reimbursement. You MUST HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: Possession of a Bachelor's degree in human services, NADD, RBT, or CNA cert. Min of 2 years of experience working with autistic individuals. Ability to promote independence and work towards Individual Support Plan (ISP) goals, fostering growth and self-reliance.
