About the job

About who needs care: My wife has MS and has flares several times a year. Sometimes they only last a couple weeks; other times can go into months. I am semi-retired and work from home, but can't handle the entire load, and I am not a professional caregiver. The main need is helping her take a shower, wash hair etc. Also - occasional prepare easy, healthy food like soups and salads. Occasional may need help in cleaning various areas of the house. About the care needs: Just a good bedside manner; caring; understanding; trained in helping people get around. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
