About the job

About who needs care: Has dementia, not full blown yet. Can barely walk or only take a few steps. Just sits in her chair and watches TV all day. Has congestive heart failure. Needs medication given to her. Completely incontinent. About the care needs: Needs to be kind. Needs to be able to speak English and is easily understandable. Needs to be able to take her blood pressure. Needs to be able to shower/bath her. Needs to be able to fully take care of her restroom needs. Needs to be able to lift her since she doesn't have her full strength anymore. She needs someone that can chat with her even though she struggles with her memory. Needs to be able to dress her. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
