We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable caregiver to join our team at our Adult Family Home located in Renton City. This is a full-time position working with up to 6 residents, providing daily care and support in a home-like setting. The right fit is someone who is compassionate, patient, and responsible, with a ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly. Experience with seniors or adults with special needs is a plus. Responsibilities include: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Preparing and serving meals based on dietary needs Medication reminders or assistance Light housekeeping and laundry Monitoring residents well-being and reporting changes Following established care plans and house protocols Creating a positive and safe environment for our residents Schedule: 12-hour shifts, live-in or out, night shifts Weekdays, weekends, and rotating shifts Requirements: Authorized to work in the U. S. HCA or CNA preferred CPR/First Aid certified Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team If you are dependable, caring, and looking for long-term work in a supportive and professional home environment, we would love to hear from you.
