About the job

My father has dementia and needs support in home with executive function/IADLs. He is physically capable of caring for himself but is forgetful and unmotivated to do so. My mother passed away 10 months ago so my siblings and I have been caring for him since that time. However, we do not live nearby. We would like to see if in home care is feasible for our dad. He needs medication reminders, symptom tracking, transportation and assistance during medical appointments, cooking and cleaning help, and general companionship which would also hopefully include physical exercise such as daily walks. My dad likes music and plays the guitar. He enjoys watching stand up comedy.
