We need a full-time live-in companion/caregiver for my father in Savoy, TX. At this point he is able to manage personal grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, etc. The job entails assistance with medication, housekeeping, and preparing meals. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands & transportation as needed. Just as important is socializing and companionship for him! His mind is good & he has a very social personality. Must be a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. You will have full access to the home, your private bedroom (+). The bath is shared with any rare guest & occasionally with family members that may be around. The home is equipped with WIFI and cable TV. Rather than an hourly rate, we would like to negotiate a fair salary & time away for personal and errands, etc.
