About who needs care: Dementia, heart failure , biggest concern is he self caths himself to empty his badder 3 times a day. This requires escorting him to the bathroom, reminding him what to do and handing him the cath. Occasionally incontinent of stool . He can be paranoid with new people. He needs time to process and move. He is ambulatory with a walker . Assistance the dressing is nice. About the care needs: He enjoys cards ( black jack, poker, rummy, 31 , cribbage, Yahtzee . Looking out the window watching any activity . Twins biking games. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
