About who needs care: start of dementia, forgets to have lunch sometimes and doesn't cook for herself. Needs meds given to her cannot leave out for her to take at a later time. Gets up and gets own breakfast I call to remind about eating lunch I bring her pills and dinner that is how her day goes now. In between she cleans the house, does a puzzle, does hidden pictures. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
