About the job
About who needs care: Has some dementia and is incontinent. She spends a lot of time sleeping. She has fallen a few times so would need to be watched when getting up to use the bathroom. Looking for someone to be in the house with her while my father runs errands and goes golfing once a week. About the care needs: Someone who is soft spoken (nobody loud) and speaks clear English. At least in their 30's or older. Perhaps someone who is a good conversationalist and likes to share stories. Services needed include: companionship.
