About the job

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. Some help needed with bathing. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets. We provide housekeeping and meals, we just aren't equipped to help move her. She can't get herself in and out of bed and is struggling with walking. In the rehab facility she is in they have to use adult incontinence pants for her. We live with her but we aren't trained for her current needs, and also my son and I work outside the home. We are looking for someone patient as her needs came on quite suddenly and we aren't sure how best to help. Her mobility, vision, and cognitive function have suddenly taken a downward turn. We need help to make sure she is as clean and comfortable as possible while she is home.
