About the job

We are seeking compassionate and experienced caregivers to assist with the care of our 88-year-old father, who is on hospice care. He is living at home with our 84-year-old mother. We are looking for caregivers that can work either a 7am-7 p.m. shift or a 7pm-7 a.m. shift. We have openings Monday-Sunday. **Responsibilities** - Assist with bathing, dressing, & feeding. - Operate a Hoyer lift for safe transfers. - Experience with a catheter & colostomy bag preferred. - Rotate him in bed every 2 hours to prevent bedsores (he weighs over 200 pounds, so physical strength is required). -Ability to notice and address caregiving needs independently -Non-smoker, comfortable with pets, trained in First Aid -Light housekeeping and meal prep as needed
