Duties are basically monitoring me while I sleep, which includes 1. I do have a gait belt and my legs are strong enough to stand for the amount of time it takes to do the transfer. 2. If I'm having pain, heating up microwavable wraps and adjusting me and various pillows until I'm comfortable.
