About who needs care: My grandmother needs assistance as she is recovering from recent illness and surgeries. She needs help getting cleaned up each day and with light movement and turning as she is currently getting physical therapy to become mobile again. She needs changing and help with light household needs as well. She is a believer and a really sweet lady. We are hoping she recovers in the next few months and we believe finding the right person to take care of her will help tremendously. This will be a few hours a day during the week. About the care needs: I am looking for a kind and patient person. They need to have the strength to help turn her when needed although we may hire two people. Previous experience is important. She loves to watch church and tv shows. We also would love a person that has faith in someone's ability to recover! We want an atmosphere conducive to her improving. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
