About the job

About who needs care: Recovering from strokes. Limited ROM and usage in right arm. (help opening packages). Vision challenges, depth perception. Needs help setting appointments for physical/occupational/ophthalmological therapy and the transport provided by insurance. She does have some meals delivered, but needs supplementary meal prep. She already has a housekeeper every other week and a food shopper, but could use some help with deeper cleaning (stove and fridge). She would also like her car to be driven for a haircut outing, a pedicure, and a weekly visit to the naturopath, which is only 2. 5 miles from her house. She is very sweet and gracious. Has 2 cats. About the care needs: Looking for a trustworthy and compassionate assistant/caregiver for 6-8 hours a week. Mostly helping with appointment setting, some transport, meal prep, and cleaning. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
