About the job

We want experienced care for 95 yr old woman in PV. Must have extensive experience working with dementia clients and the ability to redirect as needed. Medication management. Some light cleaning in activity areas. A important task will be helping with toileting safety and sanitation. Responsibilities include meal preparation, serving and hydration monitoring. Vitals reading are taken three times per day. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from hospital if necessary. A non-smoker and comfortable with small dog. Promote interaction with games, cards, art drawing and interested in flowers, birds and nature is helpful. There will be three 12 hr. schedules available: 1) Fri-Sun/Days 2) Fri-Sun/Nights and Mon-Thur/Nights. Please don't respond if you can't work these schedules.
