Hi, I am going back to work after some time off due to health issues and am looking for someone to help me meal prep healthy options for the week. Meal prep would include things like chopping up fruits and veggies to make them easy to grab and eat, baking chicken without a lot of sodium, making oatmeal, and like. Optimally, the person could pick up an order from Fred Meyer, prep the food & clean up the dishes afterwards. This would be about 2-4 hours per week preferrably on Monday mornings or Fridays.
