About the job

About who needs care: Mother had a stroke 2 years ago. She is in a wheelchair and needs help to use restroom and cannot walk. My father helps and is home but it is too much for him every day. My mother is lovely. Very sweet and funny. A bit forgetful sometimes but rarely cranky. Very compliant. About the care needs: My father can be very bossy and particular but our goal is to get him out more while the caregiver is there. My mother loves to read and loves gossip. They will be living in a brand new apartment we built at sisters house. Near the water. My mom would like to go outside and for walks (in her wheelchair) Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
