Seeking a patient, empathetic, reliable, licensed home health caregiver preferably with some experience working with dementia patients to help physically fit 80-year-old in cognitive decline maintain some semblance of independence by assisting with: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active and Intellectually Engaged, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Duties include assistance with identifying and scheduling social and/or educational activities, assistance with laundry and preparing meals in home, or getting carry out/dining at onsite eateries. Duties also include providing companionship and social interaction and transportation (doctor's appointments, hair/nail appointments, errands, etc.).
