About the job

I need adult care provider with autism and cerebral palsy experience. I need someone who is happy and outgoing. I need someone special who can look past the negative aspects of autism and show no emotion to behaviors as the client is looking for negative reactions. This position is for a minimum of 14 hrs./week. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Client is wheelchair bound.
