About the job

About who needs care: Has dementia, in the last stage. Needs assistance with mobility. She does not have any hobbies. She likes to help do things. So folding towels are any other activity that she can sit down and do is great. She also likes music from the 60's and up. She will wake, get dressed, have breakfast, maybe listen to music or follow a senior exercise video, take a walk in wheel chair, watch a movie, lunch, music and nap, get ready for dinner. About the care needs: The ideal caregiver will be mature and experienced with those that have dementia . They should be caring and truly have a passion for the work they do. This person will spend a lot of time with my mom and they should be trustworthy. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
