About the job

About who needs care: She is Autistic, non-verbal, 801b, 29-year-old. She has a younger child mentality. She loves getting out in the community, for example parks, shopping, garden, zoo, library. She loves to listen to music First she eats breakfast, gets dressed, brushes teeth, drinks meds. Then she is ready to go bye bye. About the care needs: We need someone that has an understanding of someone that is non verbal, however, she makes her needs known. Someone that is kind and can redirect if necessary. There are no specialized skills. The caregiver needs to be able to walk and help dress our daughter. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
