About the job

About who needs care: My Mom is 89 years old. She lives in a 1-bedroom, 1-level condo in a building with 4 units that she has been at for the last 40 years. She needs help navigating household activities and companionship, such as light housekeeping, some cooking, organization and upkeep. She has a well behaved cat for many years now. I am also looking for someone who is able to take her to grocery shop one time each week. I would love to have someone who is willing to engage in playing games... She loves Bingo! Approximately 4 hours, 3 days a week from 2-6 p.m. (time negotiable). About the care needs: Looking for a caregiver who likes cats, is patient, with a positive outlook and understands elderly personalities. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
