About who needs care: My father is 82 and needs help with an enema Rx every day for a month. He is easy-going and fairly independent otherwise. My mother is also 82 and needs help bathing 1x week on an ongoing basis. She is able to walk short distances with a walker and self transfer, but needs assistance for stability and encouragement to get it done. My mom has an unusual sleep pattern, so afternoons or evenings would be best for her. My dad is very flexible time-wise. We could really use some help. About the care needs: We are looking for someone comfortable administering an enema. Also, a good fit for my mom would be someone who can encourage and assist her in a friendly but focused way. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
