About who needs care: My mother-in-law needs companionship and help with cooking and operating the tv and appliances and cleaning her house (we can get a maid if that is necessary). She also needs someone to shop with her and take her to lunches and appointments. About the care needs: No specialized skills. A patient personality would be key.
