About the job
Seeking reliable care/supervision for one adult (21 yo) male with high functioning autism that is mostly independent and well behaved, but needs adult supervision to ensure a safe environment. This would be in our home. Timeframe is starting June 2025. Exact start date is flexible as are the specific hours. The desired schedule would be for two weeks every month, M-Th 7a-5p and F 7a-noon. This would be a repeating schedule once established, and would be for an indefinite amount of time. Ideal candidate has their own car, is ok with pets (cats), and has experience/exposure to special needs. Punctuality, patience, and good communication are essential. Reliable attendance is very important with an attendance bonus considered for the right candidate.
